A big change in cooks. Quite a bit slower and quite a few mistakes than in the past. I hope it smooth out and gets back to the previous level of efficiency. Food is fantastic and the choices are plentiful! Desserts could be improved, but there are a few lower level options.

My family and I had dinner here for the first time and it was delicious. We were greeted by happy hosts and our server was efficient. The dining area was clean and spacious. the buffet tables were clean and kept filled with fresh options and the cooks were very quick, friendly and interactive with guests as well. Overall we had a great experience.

Absolutely enjoyed the food. GIN was an amazing server who kept the drinks full and had the most welcoming energy. Made over all experience way better.

We tried a lot of different mixtures of meat and vegetables and noodles. Everything was super tasty and cooked perfection. Dislocation in Midland is by far my favorite Mongolian BBQ. The waitress was very nice and had everything to our table when we asked. She even had fun with my sarcasm. We had a large party and everybody was taken care of quickly. This is my new favorite Mongolian barbecue and I will be back to eat here again. This place is very clean including the bathrooms. Our cooks were top-notch doing everything to perfection. They also recommended some really tasty combinations. We will be back to try more. Thank you to the staff of Mongolian BBQ for an excellent job and experience. UPDATE: We have at here multiple times and every time we come here the food is top notch service is outstanding. We will continue to come back as this is one of our favorite family restaurants. You have so many choices and ways of preparing the food to be cooked. Thanks again for the excellent food and service.
